Analysis of polyurethane aqueous release agent

The polyurethane release agent is divided into two types: an external release agent and an internal release agent. In order to easily remove the product from the mold during the molding process, a coating agent applied to the surface of the mold is called an external release agent. The internal release agent is added to the PU formulation and migrates to the interface of the foam and the mold at each molding to achieve the release effect. The ideal release agent should have good thermal stability and chemical stability, do not corrode the mold, and do not leave decomposition products on the surface of the mold. It should give the product a good appearance without affecting the brilliance and adhesion of the product. Paint capacity, etc., to minimize mold cleaning time; non-toxic, safe, easy to operate, low cost. This technology provides a polyurethane aqueous release agent and its use.

The polyurethane aqueous mold release agent is composed of the following weight percentage components: emulsifying wax liquid: 10% to 15%; methyl silicone oil emulsion: 15% to 20%; modified silicone oil emulsion: 5% to 8%; : 50% to 55%; emulsifier: 4.5% to 6%; additive: 0.5% to 1%; preservative: 0.3% to 0.5%. The water-based release agent is mainly used in the production process of polyurethane products after casting molding, and gives a good release effect of most polyurethane molding. The product is characterized in that the product uses water as a dispersed phase, and the formed water-soluble substance not only has the function of demolding the polyurethane foam, but also has biodegradability, no harmful substances such as VOC, and is environmentally friendly; and water as a diluent, no pollution Easy to get, low cost.
