Dynamic balance valve product design selection
1. Generally, in the branch point of the pipe network, the hot inlet and the indoor riser should be designed and installed with dynamic balancing valves to improve the system regulation performance.
2. When selecting, refer to the main external dimensions and performance parameter table, and the self-operated balancing valve selection drawing. The design flow rate should be selected in the blackened part of the figure.
3. The dynamic balancing valve can be installed on the water supply pipe or on the return pipe. When the system fluid working pressure exceeds the allowable working pressure of the radiator, the safety balancing valve should be installed on the water supply pipe for safety reasons.
4. The maximum operating temperature is 100 °C, and the nominal pressure is 1.6 MPa.
5, the applicable pressure difference range: 20 ~ 300Kpa. When the system fluid working pressure difference exceeds 300Kpa, in order to prevent noise, measures should be taken to consume excess pressure difference.
6. The dynamic balancing valve does not have a shutdown function, and a shut-off valve should be provided as needed.
7. Select the dynamic balance valve of DN15～DN25 caliber, and indicate the connection method.
The dynamic balancing valve consists of two parts: an automatic adjustment flap and a manual adjustment flap. The working pressure of the system fluid of the silent check valve is P1, and the front and rear pressures of the manual adjustment valve are P2 and P3, respectively. When the manual adjustment flap is adjusted to a certain position, the "set flow rate" is determined artificially, and the corresponding fixed P2-P3 value is determined. When the system flow increases, the actual value of P2-P3 exceeds the allowable set value.
