The resulting doped graphene solar cells achieved an impressive energy conversion efficiency of 8.6%, setting a new record for this type of technology. Experts believe that if the energy conversion rate of graphene-based solar cells can reach 10% while maintaining low production costs, they could become a major player in the renewable energy market. With ongoing research and development, graphene may soon revolutionize the solar industry and pave the way for more sustainable and efficient energy solutions.
