Breakthrough: By studying the influence of main components and impurity elements on low temperature performance and magnetic permeability, the first material alloying technology was established, and the magnetic permeability performance prediction and control model was established; the inclusion metallization technology was developed; the research and formation were completed. The austenitic stainless steel material thermal processing technology enables the material to achieve the control goal of fine crystal and uniform organization; through the development of electroslag remelting and three-dimensional forging technology, the problem of segregation of extra-thick plates is solved. The above independent innovation technology, a total of 7 invention patents, 3 authorized, 10 technical secrets, drafted 3 industry standards, forming a series of manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights. The implementation of the above technology enables the key performance of stainless steel materials produced by TISCO to meet the requirements of the ITER program, and is at the first-class level among global suppliers. The products have passed the certification and the effect is 700.78 million yuan.

This technological breakthrough has laid a solid foundation for the completion of the ITER plan undertaken by China and the independent construction of nuclear fusion reactors in the future; it is important to promote the development of China's stainless steel industry technology in the direction of high precision and high value-added, and to realize the transformation of the steel industry.
