A total of 44 products produced by 44 enterprises in 5 provinces and municipalities including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong were sampled (excluding export products). The sampling rate of physical product quality is 99.9%.
The main quality problems found in the spot check: the individual products did not have the emergency brake device configured according to the standard requirements, resulting in the machine not being able to brake at any time; the individual products were not equipped with safety protection devices, causing the operator's hands to be in a state without any protective measures; There is no single stroke specification, no operation specification selection switch, no pre-control action link in the product operation specification, which is easy to cause the operator to continuously punch the injured palm without preparation. The individual product has no emergency stop button or emergency stop button. The lock function can cause the machine to stop when the problem is found; the individual product foot switch has no protection, and the foot manual switch has no interlock, which is easy to cause operator's foot injury; the electrical system of individual products has no grounding protection, which may cause danger to the operator.
In addition, Shizhou Xingsheng Machinery Factory of Chencun Town, Shunde District, Foshan City refused inspection during the national supervision and spot check, and its product quality was not qualified.
