On the afternoon of October 15, Liu Lianchang, Secretary of the Yucheng County Party Committee, and Liang Hui, a member of the county government's standing committee and executive deputy head, led a team of officials to visit several key project sites in the county. The group included Liu Xin, deputy secretary of the county industrial agglomeration zone; Yang Xinquan, director of the county government office; and other relevant unit officials. They visited locations such as Zhugou Chunshui Community, Dingsheng Diamond, Houde Diamond Technology, Jinrui Diamond Tools, Zhengxin Diamond Technology, Zhongniu Group, and the Characteristic Business District to inspect the progress of ongoing projects.
During the inspections, Liu Lianchang and Liang Hui engaged in detailed discussions with project leaders, asking about the current status of construction and any challenges being faced. Liu emphasized the importance of accelerating work while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. He urged the project teams to increase manpower and machinery input, optimize construction schedules, and strive for early completion and results.
Specific instructions were given during the visits: First, the infrastructure development of Zhugou Chunshui Community, including greening and power line adjustments, should be accelerated to enable residents to move into a modern, bright, and beautiful new home sooner. Second, Dingsheng Diamond must strictly monitor quality and meet all time targets to speed up the project’s progress. Third, Houde Diamond Technology should expedite the installation and commissioning of Plant No. 1, while also completing floor laying and glass installation for Workshop No. 3. Fourth, Zhengxin Diamond Technology needs to quickly test and debug equipment, and complete landscaping work. Fifth, the central square of the Characteristic Business District should accelerate road hardening, and the brand clothing area should be renovated promptly.
In addition, Liu Lianchang and Liang Hui conducted on-site investigations into the “three peoples†activities, village tidiness, agricultural development, and safe construction in Niucheng District. Their visit highlighted the commitment of local officials to ensure that development projects are not only completed efficiently but also contribute to improving people's lives and promoting sustainable growth in the region.
