Solutions:

(1) Before performing alkali washing, it's recommended to pre-clean the aluminum profiles with gasoline to remove oils and contaminants. Additionally, adding an appropriate amount of emulsifier to the caustic solution will improve its ability to clean thoroughly and prevent residue from remaining in the pores.

(2) After the alkali washing process, ensure that the workpiece is properly rinsed and cleaned again. This step helps eliminate any remaining chemicals or residues that could affect the quality of the oxide layer and cause defects.

By following these steps, manufacturers can significantly reduce the occurrence of aperture holes and improve the overall quality of their aluminum profiles. Proper cleaning and preparation are essential in ensuring a smooth and defect-free oxidation process.
