(2) Article sticking method: Apply a width of about 80mm adhesive on a standard board surface (600mm x 1200mm in size) with a serrated blade. The thickness of the adhesive is 5mm~8mm, and the distance between the adhesive strips is about 80mm. The adhesion area between the benzene board and the base wall is more than 70%.

(3) Note on adhesion: After the EPS board and XPS board have been wiped off the adhesive mortar, the board shall be immediately affixed on the base wall and then slid into place. When sticking, it should be lightly rubbed and evenly squeezed out of the mortar layer; in order to ensure the flatness of the board surface, a flattening operation with a length not less than 2m should be used at any time. The boards should be laid horizontally, and each board should be staggered by 1/2 board length. The operation of the pasteboard should be rapid, and the cement mortar must not have crusts before the cast plate is installed in place. The joints of the panels shall be flush and flat, and no mortar shall be applied on the sides of the panels, or the adhesive mortar shall be squeezed to avoid cracking. When sticking to the pipe, the board should be cut according to the site shape. The board must be firmly bonded to the wall with no looseness or stickiness. The gaps exceeding 2mm shall be tightly packed with corresponding slats, and the seam height difference greater than 1.5mm shall be smoothed with sandpaper or a dedicated sander. The uneven surface of the board can be sanded for at least 24 hours, and the movement of grinding the board surface should be a gentle circular motion. Scattered debris should be cleaned at any time during grinding.

4, mouth and feet

Narrow, alkali-resistant net fabrics should be pre-applied to the sides of the mouth, legs, windows and doors, and deformation joints of the building for system edge wrapping.
