Self-leveling and packaging damage handling

one. What are the consequences of self-leveling and stacking?
A: The self-leveling layer is too high, which puts too much pressure on the bottom few layers of self-leveling. After a long time, it causes the following self-leveling to be easy to agglomerate, cause more impurities, and cause the cement to be stirred when stirring. Poor mobility, poor post-construction strength, and reduced construction area. On the other hand, the self-leveling shelf life will be shortened, and the quality of self-leveling construction will also be affected to varying degrees.

two. How to deal with self-leveling packaging damage?
A: If there is a damaged self-leveling package, use a newspaper or other packaging to seal the gap first to prevent the cement from leaking in the process of handling, so that the ratio of self-leveling to water cannot be mastered, affecting self-leveling and construction quality.
In addition, if the damaged self-leveling material is not treated (close the gap), the cement will be in direct contact with the air for a long time. Because of the presence of water molecules in the air, prolonged contact will make the self-leveling phenomenon like damp, especially in South China. In the coastal areas, the humidity of the air is often in the range of 80% to 90%, which has a great impact on the self-leveling of damage. Therefore, attention should be paid to the defects on the packaging, and it is best to treat it as soon as possible.

three. How is it reasonable to self-level and stack?
1 No matter if it is on the first floor or other floors, self-leveling must be done with a wooden frame. Prevent accidental soaking of rain or moisture intrusion.
2 Placement should be as easy as possible for the access of goods and personnel.
3 Long-term stacking of self-leveling should not exceed seven levels.
4 The surrounding environment must be ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight.
5 The number of self-leveling in each layer should be the same to facilitate the inventory count.
6 If stored for a long time, the self-leveling should be placed upside down, avoiding the self-leveling of the lowest level for a long time.
7 Grasp the principle of first-in, first-out, and pay attention to the shelf-life of self-leveling.
