The country's largest direct drive press switch reluctance motor was successfully developed

The 132kW and 150r/min direct-drive switched reluctance motors developed by Shandong Kehui Electric Power Automation Co., Ltd. completed the test and acceptance at the end of November 2014. The performance of the motor meets the design and user requirements. It is the most widely used switched reluctance motor developed in China, representing the most advanced rotary reluctance motor manufacturing level in China.

The motor is used for 1000T direct drive electric screw press. Its rotor is a component of the equipped flywheel of the press, which directly drives the screw to rotate, which reduces the transmission chain of the traditional screw press, thus reducing the mechanical failure of the press. The motor is equipped with a position sensor, and the controller can accurately control the operation of the motor according to the position signal of the feedback through the feedback position signal, and is suitable for precision forging of various metals. The switched reluctance motor has the characteristics of low starting current, and the impact on the grid at startup is very small. When the slider is stationary, the motor does not work and the power saving effect is significant.
