The iron core is an important and key part of the hydraulic oil pump motor. When the iron core is loose, there will always be some punching pieces or the aforementioned end plate tuning fork that compresses the iron core oscillates under the action of electromagnetic force, and emits such noise. 1. Why does the iron core loosen?

During the operation of the motor, the iron core punching sheet is heated and expanded when the motor is running. The paint films on both sides of the punching sheet are flattened and thinned under the thermal expansion force, and the bonding structure between the sheets is disintegrated. Loose. After the iron core is loosened, vibration will occur between the punching plates, which further wears the insulating layer of the punching plates, and the loosening gap of the iron core punching plates tends to be stable. Obviously, the loose gap caused by the thermal expansion force alone is not enough to cause noise failure. However, once superimposed with abnormal factors, the problem is complicated and highly randomized.

2. How to prevent the iron core from loosening?

From years of experience in producing and testing motors, it can be found that there is almost no problem of loosening of the punching plates caused by the later use of the motor, and most motors can be found during the production process.

Generally, there are two factors that cause harmful loosening of the iron core when the iron core of the motor is stacked: one is that the punching sheet has burrs or unevenness, and the weight of the iron core must be used to avoid the problem; the second is that the stack pressure is in an uncontrolled state The pressure must be superimposed strictly according to the operating specifications under the premise of ensuring that the pressure of the pressure equipment shows normal.

3. Repair method

(1) For the repair of loose punching pieces at both ends of the iron core, the iron plate can be made into a wedge and inserted into the tooth pressure plate and the iron core gap, and then welded firmly after welding. Neutral detergent can also be used to remove grease and rust. After drying, apply epoxy glue and cure at room temperature under pressure for 8-12 hours.

(2) For repairs where the intimate middle part is loose, the coil should be removed first, and different measures should be taken according to the structure of the motor.

1) For small motors mounted externally, the stator iron core should be pressed out first, loosen the iron core buckle and the hook, and then make a bulge according to the inner circle of the iron core, and put the iron core into the bulge. Correct the slot sample rod to align the iron pieces in the slot. Finally, press the iron core on the press, buckle the iron core buckle and pull hook under pressure, weld it firmly by electric welding, and then press the whole iron core into the machine base. If the iron core structure is tightened with bolts, it should be Tighten the nut symmetrically and evenly to tighten the nut and compress the iron core.

2) For the iron core with internal press-fit structure, different repair methods should be adopted according to the degree of looseness. If the iron core is partially loosened slightly, use gasoline to remove the rust and oil stains, then wipe it clean, then use a sharp blade to expand the punching sheet, insert the mica sheet, then plug, and finally apply epoxy resin to cure.

3) The stator core as a whole rotates in the machine base. In severe cases, the coil leads will be broken, resulting in a broken circuit. The repair method is to tighten the positioning screw on the base, if it has been tripped, the positioning screw hole can be reopened on the base. If the rotation of the iron core is serious, and it is invalid to fix it with the positioning screw, the iron core pressure ring or the outer circle of the iron core and the base can be welded firmly by electric welding. Or the stator iron core is pressed out, and then the outer surface is evenly coated with epoxy glue, which is cured and adhered firmly at room temperature, then the motor heat dissipation is also beneficial.
