Problem 1, the sealing and cutting position is wrong
The sealing line position should be half of the height of the package
Solution: 1. The height of the conveyor belt of the sealing machine is not correct, and the height of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to a suitable position;
2. The height of the sealing frame is not correct, and the height of the sealing frame can be adjusted to a suitable position;
3. The circulating wind direction of the shrink packaging machine is not correct, and the circulation wind direction can be re-adjusted;
4. The shrink bag of the wrapped package is too large to shrink the shrink bag.
Question 2, crushing the package
The package presses the shrink film to deform or crush
Solution: 1. The temperature of the shrink packaging machine is too high, and the temperature can be lowered;
2. The speed of the conveyor belt of the shrinking machine is too slow, and the speed of the conveyor belt can be increased;
3. The shrink bag of the wrapped package is too small, and the shrink bag can be enlarged a little;
4. The contraction film used has too much shrinkage tension and is not suitable for the package, using a shrink film of lower shrinkage tension.
Problem three, zipper-shaped broken holes

Solution: 1 venting device to tear the shrink film, check the venting device of the sealing machine;
2 The number of vent holes is not enough to increase the number of vent holes.
Question 4, the sealing and cutting position is filamentous
There are filaments in the sealing and cutting position
Solution: 1 The temperature of the heat sealing knife of the sealing machine is too low, and the temperature of the heat sealing knife can be raised;
2 The cutting time is too short, and the sealing and cutting time can be lengthened.
