The first successful domestic self-developed peanut sowing machine

A few days ago, the 3 ridge and 6 rows of peanut seeding combined working machines and the 4 ridges and 8 rows of peanut seeding combined working machines with complete independent intellectual property rights conducted by Qingdao Agricultural University under two years of research and development have made breakthroughs. It is understood that the related series of these two tools are the first in China and abroad, marking the era of China's peanut seeding machinery officially entered into the era of integration, large-scale, automation and high efficiency.

The team led by the project's chief expert and Professor Shang Shuqi of Qingdao Agricultural University recently conducted field trials and technical tests of two machines in the Laixi Peanut Experimental Field in Qingdao. All technical indicators met or exceeded national standards.

According to Shang Shuqi, the procedures required for planting with other crops are quite different. During the sowing process of peanuts, ridges, ditching, sowing, covering, spraying, fertilizing, drip irrigation, laminating, and filming should be completed at one time. It is difficult to achieve multi-ridge, multi-row and wide-width combined sowing operations, and the effective folding of joint work tools has become a major problem that restricts the large-scale development of machinery. Therefore, despite the rapid development of China's peanut industry in recent years, the main planting equipment can only achieve simultaneous seeding of 1 ridge, 2 rows and 2 ridges and 4 rows. The operation efficiency is low and it is difficult to meet the urgent need for efficient production. The successful series of large-scale peanut joint operation planter has improved the working efficiency by more than 4 times compared with the existing machine tools, reducing the number of tractors entering the ground, and significantly improving the seeding accuracy and working efficiency.
