Finnish industrial automation specialist Cencorp has recently introduced a conductive backplane, marking a significant step in its strategy to develop photovoltaic modules for the solar manufacturing industry. This new component is part of Cencorp's broader technical roadmap aimed at enhancing efficiency and performance in solar panel production.
The company highlighted that the newly developed module incorporates its advanced flex circuit and laser drilling technologies. These components were assembled on an automated pilot line that Cencorp acquired from Sunweb Solar earlier this year. The integration of these technologies represents a key milestone in Cencorp’s efforts to innovate within the photovoltaic sector.
Cencorp CEO Iikka Savisalo commented, “Our first self-developed PV module is currently being manufactured on the Mikkeli automated pilot line, which we acquired from Sunweb Solar in January 2013 and have since further refined. This new component will be used for testing and development purposes. According to our internal testing, the performance meets our expectations. We are planning to launch the first commercial product in 2013.â€
This initiative underscores Cencorp’s commitment to advancing solar technology through automation and innovation. With the successful assembly of its first photovoltaic module, the company is positioning itself as a key player in the renewable energy market. The upcoming commercial release is expected to bring more sustainable and efficient solutions to the global solar industry.
The self-tapping Screw has high anti-loosening ability and can be loaded and unloaded because of its self-forming or tapping thread. The size, thread type, head type and drilling performance of the small screw are high tensile force, single piece and single side combination features in engineering applications.
