Hot-dip galvanized color coated steel sheet

Hot-dip galvanized color-coated steel sheets are produced by applying an organic coating to a hot-dip galvanized steel substrate. This type of material not only benefits from the corrosion protection provided by the zinc layer, but also gains additional durability and aesthetic appeal through the color coating. As a result, it offers better resistance to rust and can significantly extend the service life compared to standard hot-dip galvanized sheets. The zinc coating on the base steel typically ranges from 180 g/m² on both sides, while for outdoor applications, the maximum zinc content can go up to 275 g/m². This makes it a popular choice for construction, automotive, and industrial uses where long-term performance is essential.

Welding Wires

As a filler metal welding wire or both as a conductive wire welding materials used. When gas welding and gas tungsten arc welding, welding filler metals used; in submerged arc welding, electroslag welding and other time MIG arc welding, welding filler metals both, but also conductive electrodes. Surface oxidation coated wire is not the role of flux.
