Vibrating cable perimeter alarm system

The vibrating cable perimeter detection and alarm system is a highly regarded intrusion detection solution, praised by customers for its precise positioning capabilities and exceptionally low false alarm rate. This system is widely used to secure the outer perimeters of critical facilities such as banks, factories, mines, natural gas stations, oil storage depots, residential villas, prisons, museums, power plants (including nuclear power stations), and military installations. Its primary function is to provide reliable and effective security protection. The system comprises a detector and a specialized sensing cable. The sensing cable can be installed in either a straight or curved configuration, with one end connected to the detector via a feeder. Each feeder has a standard length of 3 meters, while the maximum length of each sensing cable can reach up to 400 meters. The perimeter alarm system is configured in different ways depending on the application. One common setup is the **open-loop system**, which includes three PM modules (PM1, PM2, and PM3). PM1 is connected to a single cable and can act as a terminal without needing to connect to a TU module. PM1 is linked to PM2 through an LU module, and PM3 is also connected via an LU, forming a series with PM2. Since PM2 is connected to two cables, the other end must be connected to a terminal unit (TU) or another LU. The vibration cable sensor not only detects vibrations but also facilitates communication between the PMs. As a result, data from PM1 and PM3 can be transmitted to PM2. PM2 then connects to the central control computer through a NIM module, allowing all three PMs' data to be processed centrally without the need for individual wiring for each PM. Additionally, any PM can interface with multiple RM modules via an RS422 port to enable relay outputs. In contrast, the **closed-loop system** operates differently. As shown in the diagram, this configuration involves connecting three PMs, each linked to two cables. These cables are connected end-to-end using LU modules, forming a closed loop. This setup ensures continuous monitoring and enhances system reliability by creating a self-contained loop that minimizes signal loss and improves overall performance.

Barbed Wire

Barbed Wire: This is a type of fencing wire constructed with sharp edges or points arranged at intervals along the strand(s). It is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property.

Barbed wire, also known as barb wire, is a type of steel fencing wire constructed with sharp edges or points arranged at intervals along the strands. It is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property. It is also a major feature of the fortifications in trench warfare during World War I.

Barbed WIRE MESH: This is a type of fencing made by welding barbed wires together to form a mesh. It is often used for security purposes in various residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
Barbed Wire Fence: This is a fence made using barbed wire. It is typically used to keep livestock within a designated area, or to keep unwanted guests out of a property.
Concertina Wire Galvanized: This is a type of barbed wire or Razor Wire that is formed in large coils which can be expanded like a concertina. The galvanized coating makes it more durable and resistant to weather conditions. It is used in high-security areas like military bases or prisons.
