Second, the external wall scaffolding material requirements
1. The erection of steel pipe scaffolding of this project shall be made of malleable casting fasteners, which shall comply with the requirements of JGJ22-85 of the “Standard for Steel Pipe Foot Fasteners†of the Ministry of Construction, and shall be provided by the manufacturer with the fastener production license, and shall not have cracks or stomata. Forging defects such as shrinkage and blisters, the specifications of the fasteners should be matched with the steel pipe, the surface and the surface should be dry, and the moving parts should be flexible. The minimum distance at the opening when clamping the steel pipe is not less than 5 mm. When the tightening torque of the steel pipe bolt reaches 70N.m, it shall not be damaged. If the old fasteners are used, the fasteners must be sampled and sent to the test unit with relevant national qualifications, and the fasteners are tested for anti-sliding force. The test results meet the design requirements before they can be used in the construction.
2. Steel pipe foot floor handrail, using outer diameter 48mm, wall thickness 3.20mm, steel strength grade Q235-A, steel pipe surface should be straight and smooth, there should be no cracks, delamination, indentation, scribe and hard bend, new The steel pipe used must have a factory certificate.
