Negative pressure oil sampler use :
1 . Loosen the round nut one turn, thread the hose through the nut, then tighten the nut and secure the oil fitting and hose. (The hose extends 1cm from the lower end of the oil joint to avoid contamination of the oil joint and oil inside the oil )
2 . Screw the oil sample bottle onto the oil fitting. (The oil sample should be taken when the oil temperature is high, for example, after the end of the operation. The sampling conditions should be the same as possible )
3 . If the fuel tank is equipped with a dipstick, pull it out and extend the hose into the oil. If the tank is filled with oil level sulphur, unscrew it and extend the hose into the oil. ( Generally, the hose extends into the oil to a depth of about 50mm . This way, the hose will not suck in any deposits ; because the hose is stored in coils, if it is used as it is, it will not reach the oil level. Pull forward until the required length ; if the hose is too long, cut it to a suitable length to ensure reduced oil absorption resistance and smooth pumping )
4 . Push the oil handle to the end, then cover the small hole at the front end of the oil body with a rubber sleeve, and pull the oil handle back, a vacuum will be formed in the oil bottle, and the oil will flow into the oil bottle along the hose. ( If the above operation, the oil stroke, pumping less than the required amount of oil, to loosen the thumb of the rubber cover, then push the oil handle forward, and then repeat the pumping operation )
5 . Drain the oil to the 80ml mark on the oil bottle. Do not pump the oil bottle.
6 . Unscrew the oil bottle from the oil fitting and install the inner cover. Be careful not to mix in the dust. ( External impurities. Then tighten the outer cover and tighten the cap )
7 . Finally, dry the hose ends with a clean cloth or paper. Loosen the round nut and pull the hose out of the nut. ( Replace the new hose after each pumping )
