The effect is good.
Detachable partition railing features:
1) It is convenient to disassemble and disassemble, and can be placed in categories during transportation, saving a lot of space and increasing transportation volume;
2) When partitioning, it can be integrated into a whole, so that it is neatly arranged, beautiful and generous, and the support is connected to the ground, and the stability is strong;
3) The support is made of channel steel. Because its strength is much higher than that of the square tube, it is not easy to be deformed and damaged, the weldability is good, the service life is increased, and the amount of channel steel is small.
Standard practice for detachable partition railings:
The raw materials are made of (length * width) 50mm * 30mm and 25mm * 25mm square tubes, 200mm wide and 0.5mm thick iron sheets, (width * height * thickness) 100mm * 40mm * 5mm channel steel, matching bolts, nuts, rivets, matching Expansion bolts.
The detachable partition railing is mainly divided into two parts: the connecting rod part and the railing part.
The connecting rod portion is mainly composed of a channel support and a square tube member. The main practices are as follows:
1. The connecting rod is made of 50mm*30mm square tube, and the length of the channel is 300mm. In order to increase the stability of the connection, the support and the rod are welded and the rod is welded in the center of the channel;
2. Round holes are formed at both ends of the channel steel support, and the joints are connected with the expansion bolts to further enhance the overall stability;
3. Round holes are respectively made in the center of 1/8 of the upper and lower sides of the square pipe rods, and the square pipes on both sides of the railings are respectively made with long holes in the corresponding parts to facilitate the adjustment of the hole connection;
4. The overall color of the connecting rod part is yellow.
Part of the railing practice: the railing adopts 25mm*25mm square tube, the length of the railing is 1500mm, the height is 1350mm, the spacing of adjacent square tubes is 125mm, the overall color is yellow; the middle is welded iron, the background color is white, and the front is sprayed with red words.
