Epoxy cement construction process

3. When mixing the ingredients, firstly mix the A material and the B material into the barrel according to the ratio of 1:3, stir and mix evenly, then slowly add the C material while stirring until it is stirred into a uniform clay.
Third, the construction instructions:
1. According to the construction requirements, apply the prepared glue to the repaired part with a spatula. When applying, it should be smeared with compaction. After 3 to 14 days of completion, it can be put into use.
2. The reference dosage is about 2000kg/m3.
Epoxy mortar precautions
1. The prepared glue should be used up within 45 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to use the cement which is not evenly mixed or has been in the initial setting state.
2. A material and B material will appear slightly stratified after storage for a long time, and should be shaken before use.
Epoxy cement packaging and storage
1. The standard packaging specification is: 20kg±0.5kg/barrel, non-combustible, non-explosive, and can be transported as general cargo.
2. This product should be stored in a dry, cool place with a storage period of 6 months.
