1. Control the length of the sub-cord

(1) Set parameters:

Rated tension of lifting belt: F

Pre-stretching tension of sub-cord: F1

Pre-stretching tension of fiber rope: F2

Number of sub-score roots: X

Number of fiber rope loops in sub-cord: Q

Effective length of lifting belt: L

Carrier core diameter: D

Where, F1 = F/X; F2 = F/XQ;

(2) Pre-stretch the fiber rope by F2 tension, measure the length L+D, and mark it. In this way, measure 2Q length L+D on the same fiber rope in sequence, and turn the Q ring around, and plug the joint into a closed ring to form a sub-cord. Multiple sub-cords are made according to this method.

2. Control the length of the bearing core

(1) Perform a tensile test of F1 load on each sub-cord, and record the length of each sub-cord separately, and mark and number according to the length of the sub-cord;

(2) Make a bearing core according to the length of the sub-cord, and then perform a rated tensile pre-tension test to measure and record the length value;

(3) Make a lifting belt with an external protective sleeve for the bearing core, and then perform a tensile test of the rated load to measure and record the length value as the final length value of the lifting belt under the rated load state.

The advantages of this control method are that the length error of the hoist belt made by this method is not greater than ±0.2%, and the error range stipulates that the domestic and foreign hoist belt standards are ±2%. The relative length error in the loading state between the multiple hoisting belts made according to this method is not greater than 0.04%.
