System safety precautions
1. Do not attempt to repair all the equipment that makes up the system. Unless you are a trained service technician, always use and maintain the system in strict accordance with the operating manual.
2. Please keep all equipments ventilated smoothly, otherwise it may cause short circuit inside the equipment and cause fire or electric shock, and may even cause the entire system to crash.
3. To avoid possible electric shocks, do not connect or disconnect any cables of the system during thunderstorms, and do not attempt to carry out live repair and installation of the system's equipment.
4. Most of the equipment in this system has undergone strict electromagnetic radiation (EMC) or similar safety verification. Generally, it will not cause interference to other electronic products. However, when the system needs to add electronic equipment, please pay attention to your choice. Whether the product is verified by similar tests to avoid interference with existing systems.
5. When disconnecting all the cables, use a different cable connector and plug the connector. Do not use a brute force cable. Before connecting cables, make sure that the two connectors are oriented correctly and aligned.
6. After the system or equipment is turned off, do not attempt to restart it immediately. The projector must wait for the cooling fan to completely stop before restarting. The cooling time depends on the running status (generally not less than 30 minutes is recommended). It is recommended that the interval between restarts of other electronic equipment is not less than 3 minutes.
7. The projector starts for about 60 seconds (after pressing the Stby button). The grating will be turned on after 30 seconds, and strong light will be projected on the screen. Please do not look into the lens during the process to prevent the grating from opening the eyes.
8. Maintain a basic clean environment where the electronic system operates so that there is no smoke and dust, because smoke and dust damage the projector and all electronic equipment. Although the projector has a sealed, dust-proof, smoke-proof DMDTM chip .

The whole system can not start the cause and treatment
The entire system is started by relying on the programming control of the central control system. When the entire system cannot be started, most of them are caused by the following reasons:
1 The power-on command of the central control system cannot be executed: The control host or application can be restarted.
2 The power sequencer is not able to receive the instructions of the central control system. It can be initiated manually to handle the emergency.
3 If there is a central control system, it may be a wireless touch screen crash, unable to launch control instructions, and the battery can be removed and reinstalled.

When the video signal cannot be displayed, follow the steps below:
1 Check whether the HD processor is in the composite video input state through the TCP/IP control software. The screen should have a menu display.
2 Manually switch the source of the video matrix, and pay attention to the matrix panel LED display.
3 Emergency processing in which the video matrix cannot be switched can short-circuit the video signal source to be displayed with the output video cable.
Unable to display computer signal causes and solutions
When selecting the computer signal, the central control system will also simultaneously launch more than two instructions: the first instruction is to perform the input channel (RGB) selection for the high-definition processor, and the second instruction is to switch the video matrix accordingly. When the computer signal cannot be displayed, follow the steps below:
1 Make sure that the notebook computer's graphics card output is turned on and the action is normal. For example, most of the laptops first hold down the [Fn] key, and then press the [F8] key repeatedly to switch between turning off and turning on the external monitor while the IBM computer is holding down. When such problems are encountered, it can be solved by reading the internal storage files of the projector or editing new files. The specific solution is as follows:
A, open the menu (click the Enter button on the remote control);
B, select the [FileService] item in the menu that appears;
C. After entering the menu, select the [LOAD] item.
D. Select the appropriate file and press [Enter]. The image will be adjusted on its own.
E. If reading a file is not enough, several files can be read until the appropriate file is selected.
F. If all the files are not in use, unplug the signal cable first, then enter [FileService] menu, delete all the files in [LOAD], and connect the signal cable again, the projector will automatically adapt to the image.
G. All the above functions can be accomplished through TCP/IP control software.
Image has snowflake-like interference causes and solutions
Most of the equipment in the system has been carefully selected and the transmission distance is under strict control. The snowflake-like interference may be due to the following reasons: the signal-to-noise ratio is too low:
1 The quality of the signal source is not high: For example, VCD, video tape, or TV signal 2 has too much attenuation of signal levels: for example, video conferencing and monitoring signals.
3 The connector is loose or the transmission cable is damaged.
Image has rust streak interference causes and solutions
The main equipment of the system has been tested for electromagnetic radiation (EMI), but it does not rule out the possibility of interference from certain installations:
1 Caused by electromagnetic radiation interferences such as automobiles, energy-saving lamps, hair dryers, generators, and silicon boxes.
